Regional Sales Director – Multiple Locations
FireScope is seeking an experienced Sales Professionals to join the FireScope team in New York, Chicago, Dallas and Orange County, California.
Knowledge and Experience:
- You will have a successful track record as a sales person (overachievement of personal targets/goals).
- At least 6 years of sales experience. Deal sizes $50 - 500K.
- Proven record of success in selling software solutions to senior management in enterprises, in particular initial value proposition presented to a business-level audience
- Experience and deep understanding of the market in selling business intelligence/ BPM / BAM/ Portals, Content management, Collaboration directly to Business units as opposed to infrastructure IT
- Experience in selling a product that represents a new concept for which the customer may not have any frame of reference beyond analogies. At the same time, a proven ability to demonstrate how a product will alleviate the customer's most immediate pain. - Big advantage.
- Good network of existing senior executive contacts within enterprises in the respective territory.
- Experience in selling to verticals to solve business related problems - an advantage.
- Work experience in both a start-up and a large organization - an advantage.

Sales Engineer (East Coast and West Coast)

If the answer is yes, FireScope is seeking Sales Engineers for both the east and west coast offices, offering an ideal work environment for you.
Technical Expertise
The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in infrastructure administration, IT best-practices and data security, including but not limited to:
- OS expertise including Windows, Unix, Solaris, Linux
- Networking, IP and other protocols
- Networking systems including Cisco, Nortel and other systems
- Thorough Knowledge of ITIL or COBiT
- Expertise with Virtualization or Storage technologies a benefit
General Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supporting infrastructure and network security technologies.
- Ability to learn new technologies very quickly and have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to address both executive and technical level audiences
- Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and possess strong leadership and troubleshooting abilities
- Ongoing desire to stay current with software market and the latest technologies
- Outstanding communication skills with technical and non-technical audience
- Self-starter, work from a remote office in the field

Java/J2EE Programmer

Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the programming of Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScripts, HTML, and SQL application components based on detailed design specifications
- Responsible for creating detailed design specification for application components based on business requirements and conceptual designs
- Responsible for ensuring that software requirements are accurately reflected in detailed designs and coded modules
- Responsible for ensuring that software requirements are accurately reflected in coded modules
Qualifications (2-4 years experience required with the following technologies)
- Java/J2EE programming
- Experience with HTML, SQL, JSP, UNIX, JDBC, JavaScript or STRUTS
- Experience with JUnit, WebSphere, XML, or UML is a plus.
- Application testing
- Knowledge of web and Internet concepts, like HTTP.
- Experience in OOP (Object Oriented Programming) Design Concepts
Helpdesk / Delivery Manager
Are you a customer service guru with strong organization skills? FireScope is hiring a Help Desk Manager / Delivery Manager to oversee post-install client support needs. This person will be able to handle all levels of help requests with ease and confidence. Solid understanding of basic network infrastructures a must, along with several years of implementing fresh customer support ideas.
