The FireScope FS-3000 Series appliance delivers all the features of Business Service Management, pre-configured in an appliance. Capable of managing up to 2,000* networked assets such as routers, servers, storage systems and point solutions, the FS-3000 is ideal for large or global environments. It can also integrate with up to 1,000 geographically dispersed FireScope appliances in a parent-node configuration to deliver world-wide BSM capabilities.

Features At-a-Glance
Each FS-3000 is delivered with the complete FireScope IT Operations Portal with unlimited user accounts and includes auto-discovery capability, the standard report library with over 40 stock reports and three user licenses for the FireScope Report Designer to create your own reports. One-year free standard support comes with all FS-3000 appliances.
The FS-3000 distinguishes itself from the FS-2000 with dual quad-core processors and substantially more system resources to manage high-volume environments. The FS-3000 can act as a parent-node to manage up to 1,000 FireScope appliances and can be configured for failover when partnered with an FS-2000 or above. Additionally, the FS-3000 can be configured with up to two HBA cards for remote storage capabilities.
Deployment of the FireScope FS-3000 is radically simpler than traditional BSM solutions since all of the software is pre-installed. The first time it's powered up, a quick wizard guides you through network configuration and basic settings. All that remains is to configure your managed assets through FireScope's auto discovery features, or manually, and define your business services and key business metrics. As a result, FireScope starts delivering value within the first week of deployment.
* - FireScope does not charge a license fee per managed asset, nor is there a fixed limit to the number of assets managed per FS appliance. This number represents the recommended maximum number of assets managed by a single FS-3000 without experiencing performance degradation, as determined by internal testing of the appliance.
